Based in Knoxville in East Tennessee, we play a mix of old time, appalachian, cape breton and folk music with occasional outbursts of Texan, British or Czech melodies.
Mike Tarrier, fiddle
As a vet and a farmer, Mike brings all the mules and cows to our music, and adds it to his Irish heritage and Old Time - Appalachian feelings.
Rita Scruggs, guitar
The Lady-of-the-Band, Rita lends her voice the more thoughtfull ballads and songs. Her background as a nurse of both humans and animals adds to the reflections of natural and spiritual beauty around us.
David Creed, banjo
Although an accomplished guitarists, David volunteered to clawhammer his banjo for us. As a Briton and retired university professor, he adds dignity and the air of the Old World to cultivate our redneck escapades.
Libor Viktorin, guitar
A bluegrass lover from Czech Republic, Libor keeps trying to prove that old-time, country and bluegrass music comes from Central Europe.
